“I ordered a small size dog harness, I used the information from the size guide and recommended breed but it was way too small for my Jack RussellxPoodle. He's no way near the measurements for the medium size and doesn't compare to a retriever or border collie in size! Annoying as due to the inaccurate information on this product I have now spent more on ordering a larger medium harness and I have to meet the cost of returning the small one. Doggie Solutions were not very helpful when I called about this. Wont be using them again.”

“i sent an item to be refurbished, for which you have already taken the payment, i have had no acknowledgement that you have received it or done the work or sent it back. all i get is auto generated emails like this one.”

“I paid for next day delivery. The courier service delivering the item did not deliver it next day. It took more than a week for it to arrive and it still wasn’t delivered to the house had to rent a cab and go pick up the crate from the depot. The box was completely damaged that i picked up the item without a box. Definitely courier service parcelforce needs to be changed”

“This has to be the most stressful on line purchase I have ever made!!, I would never shop with this company again!!! I spent 3days waiting in for my purchase despit having paid for next day delivery my delivery took 1week! I telephoned the company 3times, had very unhelpful response and no suggestion of a refund on my delivery charge! I wouldn’t rush to purchase from this company again!”

“I have been sent a request to review my experience 8 days after placing the order when my order hasn't actually arrived yet! There has been no communication as to why my order is delayed. I am disappointed.”

“The items I ordered were just as hoped but the delivery was appalling. I paid extra for speedy delivery. Order placed on Sunday, items arrived on Friday. The company used were not contactable only by email (even though two phone numbers are on website, both unobtainable!). On ensuring the box was put in a safe place it was also decided by the website that the delivery would be delayed by a day. All in all very disappointing.”
