“The logs arrived on time as arranged. I have been using them for over a week now and they are excellent. Light well, burn well and produce plenty of heat. First time using pine but as these are properly dried they burn really well.”

“I ordered a Charnwood Aire 7 stove and it arrived 2 days later - service was second to none as the staff were helpful and interested. Was really lucky with the best price and stock availability so we are just waiting on the builder to build the fireplace and the installer to fit so can't comment on the stoves' performance (but it looks great in the box!) although I understand it is a very good stove.”

“The web site accurately described the options for the stove pipe to flue adaptor. Part arrived on time and was designed and crsfted in stainless steel and very well made. The welds and shaping were perfect and all for £40 Inc postage and packaging. Tried it on my existing flue pipe and fit was perfect fit. Very reassuring when u think it has to carry the exhaust gasses.”

“No complaints, stove seem ok. Instructions for the vents are not there, for example which way you open and close vent on the top of stove. Approximate positions for the bottom two slides when you have fire on, as a newcomer to a stove basic instructions would have been helpful”
