Hi Vladislav, All of the products we send out are sealed from the factory so I am not quite sure what your issue is however I would be happy to accept a return for a full refund if you are not happy with the product you have received. Kind Regards DP Team
Do not buy from this company. They provided a tracking number. Company stated they tried to deliver my package and it was returned, we have cameras, no delivery was attempted. Multiple emails for refund have gone unanswered. Lesson learned, go somewhere else.

Since ordering the shipment, I received a confirmation message that asked you more than once for the shipment tracking number One of you once replied to my letter and told me we will send the tracking number on 4 days ago and I have not got anything I want the shipment or a refund for the shipment amount

Ordered from them and they did not fill the order. Emailed several times and got nowhere. Tried to call them and it goes straight to voicemail. AVOID buying from them. They will scam you.

Good Day everyone, I ordered some medicines on April 28, the invoice amount was deducted at the same time so far I have not received the shipping tracking email Also, the amount deducted from my account is more than the invoice amount by approximately 10 € I sent an email, but no one answered, please respond quickly !

Would never recommend this company. Pestered me for payment over the weekend when I ordered Friday night. When I paid on Tuesday before 2pm they didn’t reply at all to any of my emails till Friday. After I sent them a email stating if you aren’t going to actually send my items out then cancel my order before I contact PayPal. Then RATHER THAN SENDING MY ORDER OUT THEY CANCELED IT. BUGGEST WASTE OF TIME DONT FALL VICTIM TO THIS SITE. Can’t imagine how this situation would have turned out if I had been stupid enough to pay via bank transfer They also have a company Co tact number thanks not even real. And just rings all in all avoid

They have severely under packed my last order. I received 1 vial of hcg and 1 vial bac water and a bunch of empty insulin pins (that I did not order) - instead of 3x Melanotan2, 6x(!) hcg and 3x Bac. Water. I have payed them the full amount and I payed customs. They showed me in reply a picture with everything my order should have contained and thats it, wow. I certainly wont buy there again and waste 100 €. Their products work and are great and usually they deliver what is promised, but such under packing is not acceptable. At least they could have given me the benefit of the doubt - but they just ignore me now. Just wanted to warn you guys.

Ordered 20 vials of Ipmaorelin , one of them was no more than a tiny blob in the bottom of the vial ,contacted them twice hoping for a new vial to be sent ,l offered to send pictures but they said not to send them ,,think l will now ,,great company until something goes wrong ,then they DO NOT WANT TO KNOW

They have zero problem taking your payment then not shipping anything or responding to inquiries. If you want to lose money this is the place to go!

Both of these orders have been shipped one I believe has been delivered and the other was shipped on the 3rd March. I have emailed you the relevant tracking information for the orders. Was lied to on several occasions about shipment and then was being completely ignored when I requested a refund. Had to contact pay pal directly to obtain any communication. In the end still need to source products and was let down by very poor customer service. Honesty and manners go a long away and unfortunately in my experience, these guys have neither. Seems that by reading the comments below other buyers had the exact same problems with "Charlie". Buy with caution.

I have had a look through your case and it seems we requested for you to double-check your address as there was no postal code added, to which we never received a response. I understand you were frustrated as you did not receive a reply to your email within 24 hours and subsequently raised a ticket with Paypal. We do not have full-time customer service staff on the weekend hence the delayed response. I have my order in the customs, I've reported that January 21 to Direct Petites, since that day it's been hell to contact them. I've send multiple e-mails asking for help, since they say in the site they'll help if something like this happens. That's proved to be untrue since the last e-mail they replied was a week ago. I'm really disappointed.

I paid for my order but, it's been on hold for more than a week now, despite providing multiple emails with proof of payment. Email responses are just the same copy/paste stating that the payment was not received... Meanwhile, the phone number is always off. Customer support is non-existent!

Money was taken from my account the day of the transaction, yet they continued to give me the run around as to why it never shipped. There was no real contact or attempting to resolve the issue in their part after 3 sets of photos and bank statements to plead my case. At this point I’m chalking the money lost to a lesson learned. Still no product. Never again. Most overly complicated and under productive company I have ever had the misfortune of working with, find a better site and company

Hi Adam, We have told you on multiple occasions we have not recieved this payment. I can send you photographic evidence that this payment was never recieved in our account. As suggested by my colleague Charlie I would recommend you contact your bank to find out where the missing funds have gone, I would also suggest you double check the payment details to see if you have paid the wrong account. Garbage company, don't buy from them. Ordered from them, got stuck in customs, said they would re-send, haven't done that, the classic not answering emails. Contacted PayPal, so at least they won't be able to scam people paying that way. Do not order from these scammers!

Hi Don, We did look into this case for you, we issued the order on October the 7th this parcel got stuck, we did then issue you with resend which was also claimed and you have received a refund for your order. In total we have sent 2 orders and given you your money back this has been at a massive cost to our company. After sending me the wrong products, instead of rectifying the situation immediately they went silent. But this is a larger problem for peptide researchers who rely on accuracy at multiple stages. Hoping the right product is in the vial is not a strategy I'm interested in. Paypal will insure I get my funds back and a reputable company has filled this order. There are so many vendors, choose one without issues like these.
