“I chose this company to buy my gas fire from because I was impressed by their website which showed a large selection of fires, with their prices up front and detailed specifications of the fires. Other companies closer to home had only a small amount on line and wanted me to order a brochure and to jump through many hoops for the prices or asked me to come into the shop to find all this out. I decided then to visit this shop and not bother with the others as I knew exactly what I wanted. I found a good selection of fires on display with friendly, knowledgeable staff who were able to confirm the gas fire I chose, an Elgin & Hall radiant inset gas fire, was compatible with the one I was removing, when I showed them the instruction booklet of the old one. I was able to discuss all the fine details with the helpful assistant Lucy, such as surround colour and ignition choice. The fire was delivered earlier than estimated but because all registered gas fitters are fully booked until after Christmas the fire is not up and running yet so I cannot comment on the fire and will just have to be patient until the new year.”

“Promised that the fire would be here towards the end of November, placed the order on the 12th, when the fire didn’t arrive as planned spoke to them and now it’s going to be the middle of Decembe, not very good service”

“Having had a problem with the first fire that came on a Wednesday, we had an excellent response to a phone call & received a replacement on the Friday. The replacement was in first class condition. We are very pleased with it and with you your customer service. Thank you.”

“May I firstly state, we did know exactly which fire that we wanted. With that in mind, we initially approached a high end furniture store in Hollinwood (no names mentioned). They quoted a price but also said there was a 12 week delay in the delivery and there would also be a delivery fee. This wasn’t acceptable so we researched the web and found this company who were able to provide the fire. This is where we had a few pleasant surprises, the cost was £30 cheaper, there is no delivery charge and, best of all, they delivered within THREE days. Having checked the item I am more than pleased with it and the company who supplied it, they are 5 star sellers and deserve to be given serious consideration when anyone is debating on purchasing an electric fire.”
