“I was very satisfied with the service received from Direct Fireplaces. I rang on the last bank holiday. I went through to a messenger service. Within twenty minutes I received a call and was able to order my new gas fire. The delivery was within a week. Joan England”

“Ordered a gas fire. Arrived extremely quickly (24hours) when delivery timescale was 3-5 days. Coal base was damaged. Customer service were friendly and helpful. They sent another one imminently. Perfect . Overall very pleased.”

“Such a beautiful fire such good quality, plenty of colour, i sit and watch my fire more than my new tv, there's also plenty of good quality crystals and logs so you can have a change, best decisions i have ever made, the large size was a great choice, definately an eye catcher, i would highly recommend this fire for a beautiful peice of furniture.”

“Having looked at a number of online websites while searching for a fireplace; I found the DF website extremely comprehensive thus making our product selection choice much easier to understand in the first instance. We did make a product clarification request enquiry by phone as we thought we could not see the information required on the website, but it was there and we were subsequently guided to the page we wanted by a DF salesperson. We were notified when the product could be delivered (DF very flexible in accommodating our availability for delivery) and the product arrived on the agreed date. Our chosen DF product looked impressive on the DF website photo and even looked good on the delivery pallet but it looks superb now it's installed. Very impressed with purchased from start to finish.”

“when I chose the fireplace and it stated chrome, I expected that the fret would not be plastic, looks cheap, to say the least. the background for the fire when not in use does not look the part. John Russell”

“first delivery of granite hearth & backpanel was broken in 3 places, phoned them &sent e mail with photos ,delivery was within 48 hrs in time for the fitter welldone to all the team”

“Great customer service. The Fire Basket is everything I wanted. The package when it arrived indicated it was direct from the manufacturer with Direct Fireplaces being the sales agent. On opening, I found the grate was missing, contacted Direct Fireplaces and spoke to their customer service team. Two days later a special delivery arrived with the missing grate.”
