“Although the fire is brilliant, the delivery was a total mess up. We arranged a day for delivery. But it came a day early and no one was in. We then had to arrange for someone to be in to receive the fire , the next day. So not happy with it.”

“they were recommended to me by another satisfied customer. I found them to be knowledgeable, proactive and efficient. Communication was fantastic which is rare these days. The fire I thought I wanted was not the one that fitted my needs. They listened to my concerns over arthritis with switches and accessability. I have now had the one they recommended fitted and it is marvellous and it was cheaper than the one I had originally had in mind. This was the first store where I felt the staff knew their fires. An excellent experience and I would certainly recommend them”
