“We drove over to Bromsgrove where we were greeted by two of your sales team and immediately offered a cup of coffee. After just ten minutes, we had found exactly what we wanted and made the purchase at a very fair price. Within five days, as promised, it had arrived. The installation took me half an hour. We are extremely pleased and would recommend your company to anybody. Many thanks to all involved. Colin Boyson, Kislingbury, Northampton.”

“I phoned the company to order a mantle piece rather than order it on-line, as I was unsure of a few things, the sales line staff were amazing they gave great advice and instead of pressuring me to make the sale they advised me to check and double check before placing the order. My mantle piece arrived last week and was installed today and it is absolutely stunning, I am over the moon with the look and the quality. I would highly recommend using this company”

We can see that you have made arrangements for a survey with the fitting team, which does necessitate booking in with an installer. Because we have entered the busier part of the year for heating sales, some service areas may be experiencing unavoidable delays depending upon fitter availability. “I was really happy with the marble surround I bought from Direct Fireplaces. It was slightly cheaper than similar ones I could find on other sites and looks great. The customer service was excellent and delivery was quick and (importantly) free! I’d definitely recommend the company to friends and family and happily use them again.”
