Sales , ordering and delivery as promised went perfectly however there was no user manual within the packaging of our new forest fire , we were promised a copy by post which to date has not materialized ?

Service was fantastic, installation was fantastic, also Steve installed a new boiler thermostat, he did a fantastic job and would fully recommend him.

Absolutely excellent service, ordered on line which was relatively easy, order acknowledged immediately, delivery date given and fire delivered on time. Fire it self is excellent our fitter said it was great quality. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Very pleased with my new fire, and impressed with the service from the supplier. Could not give 5* as the remote control doesn't work properly, but the fire itself works fine.

Placed order 1st November delivery 7- 10 working days for Gazco inset fire, made several calls, after due date had expired- customer service was exceptionally good as they returned calls with updates from supplier within an hour - finally received delivery 11th Jan - not ideal after waiting 10 weeks during extreme cold weather, good job we had central heating - if delivery date had been more accurate when ordering disappointment would not have been an issue

From ordering to delivery, 4 days with regular email updates. Well packaged product. Installed well and looks lovely, easy controller. Wanted glass for chimney draughts 😊

Ordered a fire from Direct Fireplaces on the 22nd November with a 3 - 4 week Delivery time today is the 22nd January still no Confirmation of Delivery. The excuses change each time I contact them for an update. Sales team where fantastic After sales absolutely shocking.Sorry can’t leave a review on the fireplace as I am still waiting for it
