“Great service from Andy at direct fireplaces Bromsgrove, took delivery at the branch and inspected fireplace, kept in store until we were ready to take delivery and the delivered to the room as I was unable to move myself. Will definitely recommend to friends.”

“Ordered a Celsi Ultiﬂame Ultra Autograph Inset Electric Fire, was told to expect delivery in two weeks. True to their word it arrived as promised. It has been installed and the wife is very happy with it. "Happy wife Happy Life". The only criticism would be receiving no heads up on the actual delivery date from the courier. Just fortunate that we happened to be in when it arrived.”

“I recently bought the Rydal limestone fireplace with the Celsi Accent brass fire. I was kept informed from the day I placed my order up until the day of the delivery. I had a slight problem with the fire which Claire rectified for me and all was sorted the next day. Fantastic service.”
