“Communciation reasonable enough, i opened our new fire in front of my wife and you can see scratches on the front surround in various places, i did email customer service and my complaint was answered by them telling me thay will go back to the manufacturer, i have not heard back since and have sent a chaser email The fire would be fine i assume, but as its damaged we have not turned it on”

“i first purchased the fire with judith she was very helpfull upon opening boxes the fret was brass it should have been black i then spoke to nick about the fret he said he would contact burley which he did i received brass fret 2 days later nick was very helpfull aswell / i am very satisfied with the service i received”

“I was reluctant to replace my Optymist fire. I settled for a Dimplex Torridon in black nickel, and I am so pleased I did. It is a beautiful fire and DirectvFireplaces was selling it at the cheapest price I could find. A great buy and quick free delivery.”

Once ordered all communication was thorough and informative and the delivery of the product actually happened earlier than was planned! “Great service from Andy at direct fireplaces Bromsgrove, took delivery at the branch and inspected fireplace, kept in store until we were ready to take delivery and the delivered to the room as I was unable to move myself. Will definitely recommend to friends.”
