“Fireplace absolutely perfect I requested a copy invoice because first one had disappeared when I had IT problems Customer service was so efficient with follow up messages to make sure I had everything I needed Can't fault them”

Once ordered all communication was thorough and informative and the delivery of the product actually happened earlier than was planned! A great buying experience that I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a quality electric fire or associated accessories!”

“Great service from Andy at direct fireplaces Bromsgrove, took delivery at the branch and inspected fireplace, kept in store until we were ready to take delivery and the delivered to the room as I was unable to move myself. Will definitely recommend to friends.”
