From start to finish they were very organised, they arranged the service of the fitters who arrived on time and did the their job. Very professional job from start to finish.

Ordered a Celsi Ultiflame Ultra Autograph Inset Electric Fire, was told to expect delivery in two weeks. True to their word it arrived as promised. It has been installed and the wife is very happy with it. "Happy wife Happy Life". The only criticism would be receiving no heads up on the actual delivery date from the courier. Just fortunate that we happened to be in when it arrived.

I recently bought the Rydal limestone fireplace with the Celsi Accent brass fire. I was kept informed from the day I placed my order up until the day of the delivery. I had a slight problem with the fire which Claire rectified for me and all was sorted the next day. Fantastic service.

We have been customers of the Bromsgrove branch for many years, prefering to shop local. They have always been warm and helpful, with plenty stock offerings and technicall help. Our latest delivery was quick and efficient, on time and polite.

We ordered a black granite hearth and some fireplace tiles. Really pleased with both and the quality of the tiles, especially. Both items were well packaged and delivered within days of each other. The customer service person I rang and the couriers were extremely helpful, tradional and experienced peple. Great products and excellent service. Cannot fault and would thoroughly recommend.

We recently purchased a fireplace from Direct Fireplaces and would say the quality of the item was good it looks lovely however I would warn anyone that there website states Free Delivery they would not deliver my fireplace unless I paid them £40 cash saying “it’s free delivery only if we install it” I argued and phoned another number and got the same man I pointed out it states Free Delivery (full stop) that act in my mind along with failing to deliver it on agreed day with no receipt given - just the driver’s signature says everything

Hi Both, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for any inconvenience relating to your order. The fireplaces displayed on our website do come with the offer of free one-man mainland UK delivery. You had not chosen one of these fireplaces and had in fact ordered one of the showroom exclusive items displayed in our Cheadle branch. Because the bespoke fireplace which you had selected is not eligible for delivery as part of our usual service, and given that installation was to also be arranged via the showroom, the showroom team had quoted including free (subsidised) local delivery initially. As you cancelled the installation just before we were due to fit your fireplace, we were unable to reassign the in-house installer to another job and consequently lost the revenue for the install. As a result, it was unfortunately also necessary for our team to arrange an alternative courier, which was at additional cost to ourselves. It was for this reason that the showroom charged the £40 delivery to your address. We are sorry for any frustration and we do appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of a delivery note, which we will pass on.
