“The quality of the Transfers appears to be good on Discs and USB, which I have checked so far. However, on both mediums, although recorded in 16:9 format on both media, all were transferred in 4:3 format. Digital Converters had to repeat the entire procedure in the correct format (satisfactorily, so far that I can ascertain to the present).”

“Excellent transfer from VHS to digital format and a speedy service. But it was not easy to state exactly how I wanted the digi copies stored on the online forms. I sent three tapes and I had wanted each tape transferred singly to a separate pen drive. ie each pen drive should have had one video on it. Instead the three videos were copied together onto each of the pen drives which meant I could not 'gift' them in the way I had intended.”

“Happy that you saved my memories thanks so much made me and my Mother a happy woman although you did label my discs wrong but does not matter since I labelled them myself otherwise great service got discount and tracking makes it all easy to track where, lovely presented friendly staff will be using this service again 😀”

“Excellent service, easy delivery and return system with plenty of communication to reassure me about progress. My only gripe would be that I had no idea they would be adding their own audio to the silent cine film. Will have to separate and delete that before sharing with the rest of the family.”

“Happy with the converted media. Good communication on informing you about receipt of the media and when converted media has been posted. Could do with improving the process of inputting titles for the converted - for example being able to print or download the form for future reference.”

“The procedure went very smoothly taking 13 days from first contact and only 11 days from collection, of 27 spools of mixed 8mm and Super 8mm cine film, to return. I was slightly concerned when the very first film I looked at had about 5-6 seconds missing at the end. However, subsequent films seem to be OK with the exception that one in particular seems to be intermittently out of focus. My wife has dementia and so these films, some of which were taken when our children were toddlers, have brought back happy memories for her. Also, using Google Photos and the 'Lens' function, I have been able to identify places we had forgotten about visiting. On the whole, I would recommend this company.”

“Really good communication and job well done. Would have got a 5th star if more robust packaging used when returning slides and digital media to me - only good luck that everything was still in the box when it arrived as package had come apart by the time it was delivered.”

“Great service. I sent 5 MiniDV tapes (between 15-22 years old) and they turned them around in just over a week. I would have given five stars if they used the box and bubble wrap that I sent them in to return them, rather than throwing it away and putting the tapes and USB stick into a new box! But apart from that I would recommend their services and I intend to use them again. Geoff.”

“I sent off 2 orders, 1 with a few tapes and one with many more. The communications throughout regarding the progress of transfer and the quality of the originals was excellent. The turn around was also as expected which was a relief. Quality of the USB digital films when received was surprisingly good, with one tape being poor due to it not being stored in a case probably. The first return to me was all packaged in a cardboard sleeve with an elastic band holding it together, no wrapping tape over the end of the box but luckily nothing fell out in transit. If not for this then five stars to digital converters!”
