“This company is excellent. They were polite, helpful and efficient. I had a lot of videos and was unsure about the process but I needn’t have worried. Whenever I phoned or emailed with a query they responded promptly and clearly. They kept me updated every step of the way as well. Highly recommended.”

“Efficient and easy postal arrangement with a turnaround of only one week. Quality of picture appears as good as the original old film and the added music a bonus. The overall cost was better than many and we felt the service was going to be reliable as in fact it proved to be.”

“The service was great, especially that the VHS tapes are nearly 40 years old and the quality was no great. The only criticism I can give is that I didn't get any emails messages which were stated on the website or a quality report, but apart from that I was very pleased with the work that was undertaken and the memories that your team have unlocked.”

“This was a brilliant experience from start to finish. It was very clearly explained how we should package the old VHS tapes . Once the package had been collected we were regularly informed as to progress. The turnaround was very quick and the finished product is amazing. It has brought back many wonderful memories.”

“Amazing customer service from start to finish! Everything was explained in a simple informative format. “It was a rather nervous experience to begin as I'd sent off seven VHS-C tapes that I had faint recollections of the contents. They were 30 years old and more. What came back was magical moments of the past including my children when born and their first Chritmas's, and of my now departed parents and sister. I was able to log on and see the progress of the transfers. The service was super quick; I think it was a 5 day turnaround (including the weekend) as I opted for the digitial service. Needless to say I am 100% happy with the outcome.”
