“Brilliant, really pleased with their service, its daunting sending off your tapes but there's no need to worry, even repaired one of my tapes, been lovely looking back on the memories I've captured and not looked at for so long. Customer service excellent, keep you posted on the progress,so glad I decided to send my precious tapes to them.”

“Wow! Absolutely no words for how brilliant the service was from start to finish! I had 4 VHS tapes I sent in from my childhood that I wanted converted to USB, which were very close to my heart. It took a week for them to be dispatched, transferred and sent back and they updated me every step of the way. Cannot fault them whatsoever. I cried from pure joy and happiness when I saw the videos as these were of my Nan and grandad who have long since passed away. What beautiful memories and all thanks to digital converters. I am forever grateful 🙏 ☺️ x”

“I converted three old cine films to a memory stick as a present for my step daughter. She is so pleased with the results that she is going to convert eight more films. The ordering process was smooth, with all steps explained as I moved along. Once my package was in the post I received several emails from Digital Converters about it's progress and the memory stick and my returned cine films arrived in just over a week. A superb service which I would highly recommend.”

“We used Digital Converters to transfer multiple old VHS and small video camera tapes plus DVDs to a memory stick. The process was really easy to follow and we opted for courier pick up to make it easy for us. We could track the progress of our order being developed online which was great. We received our tapes back and the memory stick quicker than they stated which was a lovely surprise. It's been so wonderful being able to watch the family memories again, sone of which we'd completely forgotten so that's amazing. Can't recommend them enough!”

“Well what can I say? So, so pleased I entrusted this company to convert all my old vhs, video 8 & dvds. The memories are priceless of family members no longer with us. I was apprehensive sending such precious cargo but I could track my parcel and the very day it was received I got an email confirming they had been received. So that put my mind at rest. The turn around was really quick and all was sent back with a memory stick and all in the cloud too. A+ company. Thank you so much”

“I was nervous to send original VHS recordings of family memories in case of loss or damage. However, I would definitely recommend. Excellent service. Communication was brilliant throughout the process.Advice and information very clear and accurate. Results were fantastic. All 10 VHS recordings on one memory stick. I will definitely be using again for DVD transfers. Thank you very much”
