“I recently got some quotes to convert cine to CD and they were quite expensive. Then i came across Digital Converters online that were quoting a third of the price. I was a bit worried that they would be no good, but after reading reviews i sent off my order. I need not have worried, as te service is excellent, giving up to date updates of the progress of te order, and when it was done, which was within the week. The quality of the conversion is excellent considering that the cine film is over 50 years old. I have since ordered another CD copy for another family member. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to convert old cine to digital, and will definately be using them again.”

“An outstanding service from Digital Converters. I sent in 78 tapes, 22 DVDs, 7 cine reels, and 55 slide photographs, and within just two weeks everything was converted and returned. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. I received a follow-up email confirming my order and clarifying exactly what I wanted done. Throughout the process, my media felt secure thanks to their careful labelling, naming, and delivery procedures. The online portal was a standout feature - it provided real-time updates on whether items were being converted, optimised, or completed. I even received a quality report for the transfers, with a final copy emailed directly to me. All of the transferred media came back in excellent condition, apart from four tapes I had already flagged as damaged. True to their word, I wasn’t charged for those. The original media came back within two days of making the final payment. Once the balance was paid, I was given immediate access to cloud storage, allowing me to download everything straight away. I now have multiple USB copies which I’ve been able to share with my family. This is an outstanding service that I truly recommend. Thanks to Digital Converters, I’ll be able to enjoy and preserve these memories for many years to come. Thank you very much.”

“I needed to produce a slideshow to run on a laptop for the memorial service at my mum's wake. I had bundles of old photographs but no idea how to scan them. I cameacross Digital Converters, Ripon online and they were brilliant. Working on a tight timescale they scanned the photographs and i was presentedwith a memory stick ready to use.”

“I kept putting off having an old VHS converted into a dvd, mostly because there are soooooo many companies to choose from. After reading the reviews I decided to go with Digital Converters. I'm so pleased that I did. Very straightforward instructions, once they've received your VHS, you receive an email keeping you in the loop (including whether there are any issues with the quality). The turnaround time was about a week. The dvds were well packed & a surprise that I also received the original VHS! It's a shame that that was the only VHS I had that needed converting, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Oh, and the memories on that dvd, it was literally going back in time. Thank you.”
