“After the stress of dealing with the sudden death of my wife whilst we were abroad on holiday, I left arranging the Order of Service to the last minute. The website was good, there were plenty of options and the templates were easy to use. With the service on the Saturday I didn’t submit my order until Wednesday. When I phoned on Thursday morning I found that I hadn’t properly submitted my order. I spoke to Alex and he was absolutely brilliant, within the hour they had produced the booklet including photos, we had proof read it and it was ready to go. Much to my relief the booklets arrived on Friday morning, and they were beautiful and such good quality. Thank you for such a wonderful service.”

“Outstanding service during a very difficult time. Not only did the order of service look amazing, Alex took the time to amend an error and hand deliver the package to us when we were en route to the funeral. Really high quality printing and an incredibly caring company.”
