“Really good service from Angel. I have to say not all staff are helpful but Angel was brilliant. Always have the most competitive price for Barbados which is why we book with them.”

Dear Mr Seekings, you made your hotel only booking online and are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier which you agreed to when doing so. We are sorry if you did not appreciate this. Unfortunately, it is not a case of our not caring, but we act as your booking agent only in such situations and have to also abide by the terms and the contract you entered into.

“Easy enough service to book online and have done so. Wanted to speak to someone in person but unable to as held in a queue recorded message. I have emailed regarding an error on the booking form regarding my wife’s date of birth. As yet (nearly a week later) and no reply even after re mailing.”

“We were really let down by another travel agent who after 6 weeks of our original honeymoon booking and lots of back and forth told us they couldn't fulfill the booking. 20 minutes on the phone with Kelly Bateman and we had the entire honeymoon booked and paid for. She was excellent, she listened to us and told us the best options for what we wanted and was extremely efficient. She really knew her stuff. I cannot thank Kelly enough, she really helped us out and ended weeks of stress for us. And to boot, the holiday we booked with Destination 2 was substantially cheaper than what we had booked previously. Will be recommending to all my friends!”

“Horrible experience so far. Made a package booking for a holiday in june. When querying the baggage details, im being told that baggae is chargable with this oaticular airline. I have checked the air lines website and the baggage allowance is free with this international flight. Even worse im told it may be a it/ or air line issue. I was told i would be given a call on monday. It is now wednesday. Had to chase up myself. No reply. Im glad this review came along because customer service are poor and packages advertised incorrectly. Horrible experience so far and toldthe person who refer me to destination2 never to advertised this company again.”
