Very disappointed as we were forced to take a voucher in January 2021 when our trip to the Maldives/wedding was postponed due to Covid and it was not explained that there would be restrictions on the voucher regarding provider and airline. We have now rebooked for next year and it has cost an extra £1000 above the price it would've been if we were paying cash as opposed to using a voucher.

Karl we are sorry if the airline policy was not fully explained about them only offering credit for you to rebook but it has enabled you to have a replacement holiday rather than lose that monetary element of your original booking. It is regrettably an additional repercussion of the pandemic that holiday prices worldwide are much higher due to supply and demand over which we have no control.

I had to phone customer service because I had a question about my holiday, the gentleman I spoke was no help at all he just kept repeating himself and told me to go and read the website as I told him I had and still needed help not Happy at all.

Terrible service received. I tried making an amendment to my booking only a few hours later and you are unable to get through to anyone on the phone. I emailed I still have not had a response. I called the sales line and they said it’s 100% cancellation fee if I wanted to cancel and rebook another hotel which is ridiculous as I booked on the information online provided which states cancellation free when booking via trivago which I have screenshots of. My trip was supposed to be in 3 weeks time which is plenty of time to make an amendment. They also do not have a Covid policy so if you cancel Covid related you will not receive any support. DO NOT BOOK VIA DESTINATIONS2

Eliza we are sorry that you have to amend your booking and will ensure you are assisted as much as possible. Trivago free cancellation does state that terms and conditions apply.

I have received mostly 1st class service from Destination2.co.uk. At first, it was Angel Hristov who got me a good deal on Sun Island in the Maldives (we're leaving in 10 days !). Due to Covid-19 we had to change the dates of our holiday twice, which caused a few little problems but in the end, I was very happy with the price, length and the flights. Now it was Tracy Jagger who was very friendly and yet professional and went out of her way when I booked a holiday in Jamaica at the end of January 2022. Tracy had been to our chosen resort, Ocho Rios, and was thus well qualified to help me and will continue to do so until we leave the UK for Jamaica

Kirsty was so helpful changing the dates of my holiday nothing was too much trouble for her. Only problem being that I had to rebook with same supplier when another supplier on your site was nearly £600 cheaper u need to look at this destination 2 as this is not good service for your customers and leave your amazing staff to deal with this. Not acceptable. But well done kirsty for the explanation even if it was very frustrating it's the companies fault not yours.
