“I have booked my holidays through destination 2 for the past 5 years. I have always found them to be helpful and efficient. Even during covid when we couldn't go on the holiday we had booked they were able to transfer my holiday to a later date. I have just recently booked a holiday with Andy. I found him to be very helpful. He was able to find the holiday at a slightly reduced price and was able to answer all my queries”

“I have previously written a review regarding the outstanding customer service. However, two weeks after booking the refund of £880 due to me still hasn't been processed. Really disappointed that a company I had initially thought to be outstanding has let me down so badly. The monies were taken from my credit card immediately so why can't a refund be immediate?”
