“John Johnson was very good professional and efficient at sorting out everything The e mails are very useful and gave very good instruction wrt to payment. Checking in etc I wished there was better access to team members by phone and also that we could pay over the phone as that would be easier but apart from that very happy with the service”

“Have used Destination2 4 times now and always an excellent experience. Mostly have booked via the website, which is really easy to use and very informative - much better than many competitors. Most recently, I had a query that I needed to answer so called them and got through to Emma Owens, who was brilliant! Answered my query immediately, got me a slightly better price by booking over the phone, and was able to arrange some special requests to the resort. 3 of my bookings have been to the Maldives, and this seems to be an area of real advantage - significantly better deals than other sites. Would certainly recommend and will definitely use again.”

“Very good friendly staff (Shauna) helped us and made the process smooth. One thing I'd say, in regarding entry requirements not Shauna in particular, but other staff members didn't deal with that stuff which I thought was bad considering booking a package with them. They would know all the information.”

“I was unable to book my holiday online and essentially dreaded having to wait in long queues on the phone. But my call was answered swiftly by a very lovely lady called Samantha. She dealt with my queries professionally yet personably and made the experience booking my holiday really pleasant. She was able to answer all my questions with ease, leaving me feeling confident and happy in the holiday I had booked. Thank you for your great customer service Samantha”

“I checked out several on line travel companies as well as a high street travel agent and Destination 2 were definitely the most competitive. Within 15 minutes of contacting Sean I had booked the holiday I wanted and received all the documents by email Very efficient and even answered some subsequent queries within 24 hours. I would thoroughly recommend this company!”

“I was so impressed with the help and knowledge of the representative we dealt with. We went over a number of flight options even experimented with a split two destination holiday and nothing was too much trouble. finally booked a 14 night 3 room all inclusive holiday in Thailand at the Merlin resort in Khao Lak. Many thanks, all 5 of us can't wait.”
