I just booked a Dubai hotel, not a package, as we were adding this on to an already booked Persian Gulf cruise. The prices were very competitive compared to Booking.com et al (most of which mysteriously come up with an identical price!) But the feature I was most impressed with was the huge variety of room types, meal options and "special" deals, for example for stays of three to five nights. Just what the customer wants!

This is my first booking with Destination 2 and my first impression was excellent service from Matt who was highly professional and tried every alternative to get us the very best deal. Nothing was too much trouble. He will be my go to travel agent in the future. Than you Matt

Booked online and didn’t speak to advisor which I should have to se if I could get better deal. Spoke to advisor after booked online and they explained they could not help because I booked online. Was disappointed as I thought I could just get add on or better deal when I spoke to advisor. Mistake I won’t make again.

Zero stars. Aftercare service is shocking, went on for over a year where they did not give my vouchers for a trip they canceled due to Covid. Staff were rude and abusive when we spoke to them with managers also not wanting to help. Would avoid booking from here in the future, there are many more reputable companies who actually care about the customers. The only reason i gave it 1 star is because Geraldine Robers in the sales department was the only member of staff who actually cared and helped us and is an asset to the company. Apart from that will never book from here again and will tell others how disgusting the service has been.

Manu we regret the difficulty you mention in using your credit, you were entitled to that and we apologise. We will ensure our current staff are aware of the process which arose some time ago due to initial onset of Covid and lockdown of which they may not have fully known. We are sorry if any conversation appeared rude since this would never be intended,

Credit card wouldn't go through on line had to call me. Then voucher received incorrect destination on email and not full details on hotel voucher. Very poor attention to detail.
