“Hii, I am very upset with this treatment,because I started last month. I finished my trial 1st cream in a month then ordered 2nd one . I got order after 3 days and missed my 3-4 days for applying cream and got my pigmentation back again. It’s more dark than before, I am worried about my skin and second cream isn’t showing any results. Pigmentation disappears with 1st one but came back again,strong one☹️”

Please be advised that every treatment should be used for at least 8-12 weeks in order to give the medicines the chance to take effect. Your treatment progress is monitored by our dermatology team every 12 weeks to assess progress and determine the next steps. It is likely that the skin can appear darker if it is drier.
It does look like there is an issue processing the second treatment and you should have received an email about this but I have passed this back to the customer care team to help you further with this.
