“After doing a bit of research on a few different options, I decided to try Azelaic acid cream to see if it would help with acne. I'd previously tried a few different things without success. I did an internet search and found Dermatica UK and ordered their Azelaic acid cream product. The effect was immediate and amazing. I applied the cream to a particularly bad flare up on my face and overnight the redness in my skin had reduced. In less than a week the acne was 80% cleared up. I still get occasional signs of imminent flare ups but the cream successfully stops the acne in it's tracks. The result is that I now have the odd spot now and then whereas before it was a constant rolling battle trying to keep my skin in some kind of order. I'm sure that everyone is different and this particular cream might not work for everyone. But for me it's been like finding a wonder cure.
