I am very impressed with the service that I received from everyone at Delcor, especially Jenny. I ordered my fabric and the trim myself, from the different company. I had issues with the delivery of the trim. Jenny and Ben help me a lot in handling the situation. When the sofa bed was made I asked for the picture to be emailed to me so I can make sure everything was done correctly. The person from the workshop emailed me the picture very promptly. My sofa bed was made even earlier than was agreed. Every person that was involved in the process did the great job. I am extremely impressed with the job of the upholsterer. The lines of the fabric on the sofa base and sofa cushions are aligned very nicely. The corners and junctions are made perfectly. I am interior designer and have been dealing with quite a few sofa companies and I was very impressed with the quality of the sofa bed and the service that I received at Delcor. It has been very smooth and enjoyable process all along.
