“Ordered 2 tonnes of Cotswold stone chipping. Arrived on specified date. Excellent value for money, couldn't find them cheaper anywhere else on internet. I would buy from this company again. Also very helpful staff, rang me back when they said they would.”

“Received the pebbles as ordered and pleased with the quality and size of them. However most dissapointed with the delivery of them. Kerbside drop I can appreciate, but the bag was split resulting in unhappy neighbours! Stones all over pavement consequently I had to shovel them from front to back myself as husband home late. Result: unhappy neighbours and myself left with bad back.”

“I ordered play sand I am a little disappointed in the quality of the sand, as today when my granddaughter came to play in the sand for the first time it has stained her clothing I only hope this will wash out.”

Hello, sorry to hear about that. We can assure you that all our playsand is washed and of the very highest standard and is BS EN 11:77 and BS EN 71-3 higher standard as well.

“Superb service, James is so very helpful, even the delivery driver was impressed with the quality of the slate. The delivery was excellent, the driver very willing to place the pallet where it was easy to access and the delivery arrived earlier than expected. I cannot fault this seller or their delivery service and I will be using them again and will recommend them to everyone.”

“I found the customer service to be really good. I had a problem with what was delivered but Decorative Gardens were extremely understanding and helpful, responding very quickly and ensuring I got my product replaced. The only criticism I would raise is with the lack of tracking information provided; I had to stay at home all day waiting for delivery. Nonetheless I award 5 stars. As for the product, well worth the wait!”
