“Quality product, just what I was looking for. Good range to choose from and reasonably priced. Process of purchase through to delivery was easy and quick. My only moan is some bags at the bottom of the batch were split so lost a few chippings. Despite that , Decorative Aggregates are highly recommended and I'd use them again.”

“I chose to order my gravel from this company as they offered it in 20kg bags. I wouldn't have been able to manage it in a tonne builder's bag! My order arrived with no problems on my chosen delivery day. The driver was very friendly and professional and manoeuvred my pallet as close as possible to my gateway to make it as easy as possible for me to unload it. I would definitely order from this company again.”

“Garbage item not as shown in PHOTOS on website. Got in touch 4 times for items to be taken away only 2 responses. One of them at 10am to say coming to collect, did not turn up at all. Now supposedly coming today and I have to wait 5 days from return for my refund, ebay van refund same day as do lots of traders. 5 days was for waiting for cheques to clear. Remains to be seen how much you going.to knock off for return delivery as I have not been advised of that cost yet”

“The driver obviously wanted to get home, he was grumpy and very unhelpful. He said there wasn’t a drop kerb and therefore couldn’t get my gravel close to where I wanted, when I pointed out one on the corner, lieterally 3 cars length away he just huffed and said “too far”. He dropped them on the road beside the kerb, causing me a lot more work. If this is the standard of customer service I won’t be using your company again.”

“product was great , carrier system was poor , i took a day of , phoned to chase they said a 18 wheeler was to big according to google maps , i said i would collect at a diffrent location if necaasry , i waited all day for a call back it never happened , i phoned again and organised a wek later , yhey arrived with an 18 wheeler even though a standard 7.5 ton had been organised , i had to handball 1 ton of stone 400 yards not impressed”

“Ordered 2 pallets, the large rocks were exactly as described and photo were accurate on website. I was impressed with the rocks! Delivery was on point. I was reluctant to order expensive rocks without seeing them but I need not of worried. Love the final result. I would highly recommend Decorative Aggregates”

“Unfortunately the driver said he could not deliver on to our gravel driveway as he only had a pallet truck and so the bulk bag of blue slate was left on the edge of our private road. Not ideal but acceptable. Otherwise everything was good. Delivery was on time and the product is excellent.”

“Brilliant service. I had a query about delivery prior to ordering and received a very quick and helpful response. My order was delivered quickly and efficiently. The slate I ordered is very good quality; there is minimal dust and the individual pieces are of a good size. Very competitively priced, too. I would definitely recommend and will use again I am sure.”
