“Delivery company used in Norfolk very poor service. Didnt attempt to help 80 year old man with bags on wooden pallet & we were left to dispose of large heavy wooden pallet. Very unsatisfactory!”

“No problem with delivery at all. Stones mostly much bigger then expected and maybe I'm naive but thought they would at least have been clean. Perhaps with better communication from your end my decision to buy may have been different.”

“White stones are basically grey stones with white powder on the them which comes off in the rain - my front garden is covered in this powder. Delivery is kerbside or in my case on the road, so I had to spend 2 days carrying 800kg into my garden. Total faff.”

“Second order of the same product , first order was spot on " this however arrived days late and the delivery driver could not even get the pallet of stone of the trucks taillift so i had to open and unload from the van to my property in a hurry very very disapointed ,next day delivery was paid for also but did not happen .......i wanted to place another order but am now hesitant to do so”

“Unhappy with Delivery won’t be recommending friends or family. Unhelpful and still really annoyed at where you left my ton of stones. It should have came with a lift to put where we wanted £177+ and you left it blocking a pavement it’s not acceptable. Wish I had used someone else. Why would I pay for something to be delivered and left outside my fence so people passing think it’s free pebbles. If you can’t put it where needed you shouldn’t be delivering Decorative Stones. Not Happy and people I write reviews for a living this company is not good. And I’m a female you mocked the whole process.”

“The aggregate received is not what I ordered. The size is bigger than expected & completely different colours to what is shown on the website. This is not clear until the gravel is thoroughly clean. The mix includes a lot of grey stones and I would not recommend. Not something that is easily returned! Delivery driver excellent.”

“Order on line was a simple process, delivery not at all a good experience. Driver had no idea how to use the trolley to remove pallet. He got it stuck twice. Initially left in neighbours drive and was not helpful when asked to move to my side of drive. Also took branches off pavement trees when trying to reverse out of cul de sac. Driver obviously not trained in equipment or customer care - stating several times he should not spend more than ten minutes at each delivery.”

“Massive delivery problems. Did not deliver when they said they would. Caused myself and my builder massive inconvenience waiting around for deliveries that just did not come!”

“Upon arrival the driver refused to make the delivery any further than the front gates, this was impractical as it would have blocked the way for vehicles coming in and out of the property. I tried to explain this, but he said his job was just to drop outside of the house, I pointed out that this wasn't the front of the house to which he replied 'I don't give a f**k" He then said that he will put it down as a refusal to accept the delivery. I requested that he hold on while I called the office to verify. He again said that' he didn't give a f**k" and that he didn't have a boss unless I wanted to talk to his God! I requested that he try to reverse the vehicle up the drive of which there was ample room for him to do. He eventually and begrudgingly decided to do this but stated that it wasn't his job to do and that I should have stated this when I booked it but was not given this option when ordering on-line. He then retrieved it from the lorry and dumped behind two contractor vans who were already on site. I pointed out that he couldn't leave it there as it caused an obstruction to the vehicles. I requested that he moved it about 3 yards to which he was not happy to do although he had a hydraulic truck. He then shouted at me in his native tongue, I can only imagine that it wasn't complimentary. All of this I could have put up with but his next actions have led me to want to make a formal complaint. Upon leaving the property he seemed to deliberately use the lorry to cause damage to my gate when leaving, he also sped out of the property with the lorry doors open, I can only hope that he didn't cause an accident or shed anything on lorry on to the road. All of this has been recorded on cctv. He is a liability to his company and his attitude was nothing short of disgraceful. I won't make a formal complaint as I'll assume it will be met with similar apathy to that of the driver. As for the product, perfectly adequate but won't be using Decorating Aggregate again due to the dreadful people they use to deliver. Sent from Outlook for Android”

“Looked at some Grey stones on the website for them to arrive and quickly noticed they were not grey nor were they anything like the picture. First thought was they must be covered in dust as it says on the website.... must be washed to see there true colour.... washed and still not grey. Raised my concerns to customer services to get the expected reply of you must wash then to see there true colour.... washed again still not grey... Emailed again with further photos showed stones that have been washed several times were still not grey and were instead brown. Emailed to ask if they could please let me know if they could point to which bit was supposed to be grey... response, you got the correct items you need to wash them Resulting in having stones that I didn't want, washed several times and still not grey or anything like grey. No alternative offered, no recompense items that are clearly not what I ordered and lazy email responses which I would presume they just copy and paste. Dont waste your time here, go somewhere else to get stones”

“DREADFUL service - our garage (electric) door wrecked as a result of inept offloading - health & safety nightmare! No response from their insurers, still waiting. A day’s work lost attempting to dislodge door and gain access to car inside. Never again! Will take this further. Would give MINUS STARS if option here.”
