“Very good product. Ordering clear and easy to use. Missed five stars because driver did not call one hour beforehand (only on 1st delivery-he did call ahead of time on subsequent delivery).”

“The decorative white pebbles that i ordered were good quality, as advertised, and they arrived on time. I am very pleased with my purchase, but the driver did not call me in advance of the delivery, or knock on my door/ring bell. Poor delivery service.”

“Slate arrived quickly, can't complain about the quality, looks fantastic and was the cheapest available compared to other places. Delivery was flawless too.. Only downfall was the slate might discolour after it rains, I assume it's the chemicals but hopefully clears up”

“Product was as expected at a competitive price however, the delivery was bit of a nightmare after the electric pallet mover failed with no manual backup. The pallet was in the road and all had to be hand-balled off the pallet onto our drive, for us to handball again to its final place. The delivery operator did help to get it off the road.”

“The rock was exactly what I wanted and it was deposited on a pallet six feet from its ultimate position - unfortunately I had not thought the project through and could not lift it at all! However I found a local firm who were able to help. It might be worth providing this placement service for an extra charge”

“Really pleased with the product, the price charged and the pre purchase service. My disappointment was with the delivery as I had to help the driver unload 100 poly bags from the lorry. The driver said that he had not been given an electric pallets mover and couldn't therefore move the bags on the wooden pallets. The job was very physically demanding and not something a customer should have to do.”

“The materials were excellent. The disappointing thing was that the material was left mainly on the pavement. Although I have a flat drive, there is an edge of an inch between the pavement and the drive. The truck that was used to move the pallet on which the material was placed from the lorry onto the pavement was unable to roll over the very small change in the surface.”
