“Straightforward ordering. Had a date of delivery. On the day,had an approximate time of delivery. Delivered literally straight to the door. No problems at all. Can't fault them. Well impressed!”

“The colour of the stones on the website did not reflect the colour of the stones which arrived .. rather disappointed to be honest .. I expected them to be more coloured .. also there were issues related to the delivery”

“The delivery was great & arrived on time but my order which is black granite chippings are dirty grey & dull. I've washed them several times but they are not washing clean & just look awful, like building rubble. I think all the dirt & dust should be cleaned from the product before it is delivered or it doesn't seem like you have received the product that you have ordered. It is disappointing & I'd like to know how much water/ rain will be needed to clean them so that they eventually look black!?”

“As usual the aggregates themsevles were of a high standard and excellent value. The Achilles heal is in delivery. You pay £90 that clearly goes to a subcontractor who doesn't care if they make the planned date or not. Told delivery would be Friday 25th April. Waited in all day to get a late message saying now it would be Monday 28th April. Monday arrived and yet another message saying now it would be Tuesday. On the plus side, the delivery driver at the very end of the delviery chain was excellent. Very polite and able. Suspect the problem is with the carrier from Derbishire down to the West Country.”

“Quality product, just what I was looking for. Good range to choose from and reasonably priced. Process of purchase through to delivery was easy and quick. My only moan is some bags at the bottom of the batch were split so lost a few chippings. Despite that , Decorative Aggregates are highly recommended and I'd use them again.”

“I chose to order my gravel from this company as they offered it in 20kg bags. I wouldn't have been able to manage it in a tonne builder's bag! My order arrived with no problems on my chosen delivery day. The driver was very friendly and professional and manoeuvred my pallet as close as possible to my gateway to make it as easy as possible for me to unload it. I would definitely order from this company again.”

“Garbage item not as shown in PHOTOS on website. Got in touch 4 times for items to be taken away only 2 responses. One of them at 10am to say coming to collect, did not turn up at all. Now supposedly coming today and I have to wait 5 days from return for my refund, ebay van refund same day as do lots of traders. 5 days was for waiting for cheques to clear. Remains to be seen how much you going.to knock off for return delivery as I have not been advised of that cost yet”
