“I placed an order which was confirmed for delivery on the Wednesday. On the Monday, I received a 'your order is on the way' notification. Having waited in all day, I called them at 3:30 to check the status of my delivery, to be advised that my order was removed from the lorry at 8:30 that morning due to weight issues. No one from the delivery company or Decorative Aggregates informed me that my delivery was not going to happen as notified and planned for, and I would have been none the wiser had I not called. If you choose to use this company, I would strongly suggest you call them to double check your delivery has been fulfilled, if you value your time more than this business does. I emailed them with my concerns, to which I had no response. I have since been told the email address on their website was inaccurate and they would advise their marketing team to update it, so at least as I was of some help to them in that regard. All in all a very poor experience.”

“We were out at the time of the delivery and the driver Lisa telephoned me to ask for instruction on where I wanted the bag leaving. She was extremely pleasant and made it clear nothing was too much trouble for her. As requested, she deposited the bag at the rear of the house in the exact spot I had asked her to. I would definitely recommend.”
