“Excellent products at a vastly lower price than all the major DIY stores ...... in my case i saved £432 by going to decorative aggregates over my local B&Q store and that included delivery. My first order was delivered bang on time on the allotted day with no fuss whatsoever, my follow up order a few days later got stuck in the system and was not processed but far from being a situation that was dealt with rudely, and in some cases in my experience with other companies dismissively, these guys apologised, arranged special transport to deliver the next day and refunded the transport premium i had paid for a named day delivery to my account 2 days later .... that,s what i call " ownership of the problem" and first-class customer service ..... i will definitely be using this company again and highly recommend to anyone who might be shopping online for this type of product.”

“The pallet that the stones came on was in bad condition and it broke apart when the driver moved it. The driver/delivery guy was excellent and managed to still get the pallet down to the back of my driveway, so thanks to him. Stones are great.. thank you. PM”
