“Product excellent but despatched on Monday so should have had by Wednesday, emailed you to be told it would arrive by 6 pm Thursday but didn’t arrive. Emailed you again and it did arrive late Friday morning which meant I had to pay extra for my builders to finish it on Saturday. Look forward to your reply Liz”

“Product was great and accurately described . Delivery was on the day quoted when ordered . The courier delivery is contracted out so be aware that although its in a bag , mine arrived on a pallet push by a pallet truck so delivery places need to be flat and hard surface and delivery communication was non existent from the courier.”

“Unfortunately on this occasion, we had boulders much larger than what was ordered in the 150mm - 450mm range and our customer had complained. I will continue to use them as all of our orders before have been correct but I will now have to put this right.”
