“If I could rate this company ten stars I would, the Rhinegold aggregate was delivered on the day requested by a very obliging delivery driver who put the three pallets in the area of my front garden which made it easier for me to handball the gravel through my garage to my back garden. To say my wife and I were delighted with the communication and service from day one is an understatement Decorative Aggregates are stars in our eyes.”

“Unfortunately the delivery driver dropped off the wrong stone - he only had two bags on his van and speaking to him when he redelivered he admitted he’d have no idea what stone was what so presumably the bags should be clearly labelled as to their intended recipient. When I rang up to query the delivery initially the lady was extremely apologetic and confirmed the driver would collect the previous bag of stone. Neither the driver, or his depot were aware they needed to take the wrong bag - but did agree to take it. So, to sum up it seems communication with the delivery company could improve. Otherwise all good.”

“Good Product and delivered on the date agreed. The only minor issue was with the delivery courier who did not have a [allet truck strong enough to move the pallet over a gravelled drive. Would have been useful to have known there were delivery constraints.”
