“Aggressive and rude customer service. The woman who calls herself the manager started shouting when requested for details of the delivery. Hanged up the phone multiple types rather than helping and sorting out delivery. Definitely customer service like this is going to sink the company. Kindly stay away from these incompetent and racist people and this company.”

“I can't recommend these enough, reasonable cost, great choice and delivered as promised and kept in the loop. I read up on a few companies and I'm glad I settled with these. Stones are great, flamenco mix and some pink ones. Fab”

“Decorative Aggregates were able to take my order, my complicated delivery instructions and get the chippings delivered in a relatively short time, on my preferred date. I called to organise delivery, and the lady was very polite, helpful and professional. The driver was pleasant and brought the delivery to exactly where I wanted. All in all, an excellent service”
