“I purchased a 1ton crate of mixed colour slate rocks for pond edging. The instructions for delivery were very clear and the video very helpful. The consignment arrived a little late, but I was kept informed by text. When it arrived the delivery man was polite and helpful and placed the crate exactly where we wanted it. Inside the crate the stones were extremeIy well packed - giving us the maximum number which would fit in, whilst providing a spread of sizes as in the description. I don't think the service could be much improved. Thank you.”

“Although happy with the product I was very unhappy with the delivery. I had ordered only a small number of bags, thinking I would avoid this coming on a pallet. Nonetheless it did, and the driver refused to take the pallet away - leaving me with it to dispose of. I think your website should explain that this would be the case. Although I said when I ordered that I did not want the delivered bags to block my drive, in fact it did. The driver said he was unable to cross my gravel drive with his delivery machine, and could only deliver at the roadside. Again this should have been made clear when I ordered. All this makes me feel i will not be using you again.”

“Man arrived i was last stop and an hour late, he said he didn't know if he would be able to get the stones onto my driveway because he had very little charge left in his forklift. That was not our problem!!! He should carry an emergency charge. What if it had gone and he had to just drop them onto the pathway outside our house?! Not good enough”
