“It was so easy to use the website with both the photos to give you an idea of how the different materials would look at the end as well as a handy tool to estimate how much I would need to order. Once I placed the order, the stones were delivered within a couple of days and the Evri driver was really helpful in dropping them where I wanted before starting the project later that week. The whole process was much easier than I expected as this was my first bulk aggregates order, now trying to work out what I could do next.”

“I can't fault Decorative Aggregates. We were let down by Gravel Master as the pebbles we orderered did not arrive. Apparently the pebbles we ordered were out of stock & their system should not have let us order them! I called Decorative Aggregates in desperation as we needed the pebbles the following day. I spoke to Lucy who arranged next day delivery. Pebbles arrived 0930 & the delivery driver was amazing. Thank you Lucy for your exceptional customer service.”

“Excellent customer service. Before I placed my order, I rang to check that 100 bags of gravel could be delivered to my property. I was fully aware that they would have to be left kerb side, but was concrened given the narrowness of the lane and the slight incline in the driveway. Customer Services took a note of my postcode and using Google maps and the little yellow man they confirmed the delivary was possible. Gravel was delivered on time, although the gentleman who delivered the product did slightly damage the tree stumps that line the driveway, not too badly so I am not complaining. Two days later my family carried all 100 bags up two flights of stairs to the back of the garden. This week having leveled the ground and install retainer walls the bags were tipped out. As all the gravel was white, my husband was under the impression that was the final colour. Once I had hosed down the gravel, the transformation was just magical. I chuckled to myself when he asked where I had got the coloured stones from!. The area where the gravel has been laid is just perfect, and the colours blend in with the shed and surrounding planting perfectly. There is still much to do - but for now I am just in awe!!”
