“Fast home delivery, but unfortunately I am not satisfied with the white gravel.When we received them, they were beautiful white, I was very happy with them.But after three days of rain, the stones are starting to turn yellow and brown.I am attaching the pictures of what it was like when I received it and how it looks now after heavy rain.I have no problem with the company itself, I received the product on time. But I am very disappointed that it didn't even last half a year and the gravel has already discolored.🙈😔😭”

“Product good but delivery very poor. The pallet was left blocking the road 30 metres away from property gate. Driver said he was unwilling to drive under a tree.... the road is regularly accessed by normal sized council bin lorries and multiple commercial vehicles including skip lorries. The bags had to be moved into a car boot and driven into the property in several trips whilst blocking the road to other traffic.”

“All ok with delivery 🚚 apart from no phonecall 1 hour before delivery time , not really an issue for me but for some people I bet it could be inconvenient.Second problem was that at least 8 of the bags had been punctured probably by fork lift trucks and pallet lifters making me have to transfer stone into other bags and also loosing some product in transit as some bags were leaking.The actual product is good and as expected 👍 .”

“Product excellent but despatched on Monday so should have had by Wednesday, emailed you to be told it would arrive by 6 pm Thursday but didn’t arrive. Emailed you again and it did arrive late Friday morning which meant I had to pay extra for my builders to finish it on Saturday. Look forward to your reply Liz”

“Everything was good until I tried to rearrange the delivery date. I contacted Decorative Aggregates to notify them that I was not going to be in to accept delivery but was happy for the delivery driver to leave in an agreed place. The representative then said it was OK to rearrange for another day which I was happy with. Then on the original delivery day when I was away, I had a call from the delivery driver who had the stone on his lorry to deliver. I said that it had been rearranged but clearly be was not aware of this. But to be fair to the driver, he did drop off in a place where I was happy for him to leave. All in all, stones great but communications could have been better.”

“Happy with the stones but not the delivery. Driver didn’t have adequate equipment and couldn’t get onto our drive because of a 2 inch step……The 50 bags were left on the road….”

“Arrived on time but the driver could have done with an electric truck on board, rather than just a hand-pumped jack on wheels, not even able to negotiate the kerb from road to pavement. All other deliverers have had them and sailed straight in with similar weight loads. So left on the road and I had to shovel the lot in before nightfall single-handed. True, i'd ticked it was 'flat' but I thought that meant no flights of steps, or a steep gradient to negotiate. Very disappointing colour, even when wet. All think grey -rather than the green hue seen elsewhere.”

“The reason I have only gone with an acceptable rating is that the colouring of the stone once delivered doesn't look anything like what I saw on the website but looks decent enough in the area it has been used. Also when delivering there was damage to the entrance of my driveway which neither of the delivery persons made reference to, one of them just a couple of pictures while the other that made the damage jumped in the lorry and they proceeded to drive off.”

“Delivery date was arranged for Friday 05th May. Decorative Aggregates did not supply with no contact made. I sent an email requesting clarification. I was called by the delivery driver the following morning advising that he was arriving with my order. Delivery was then made. I subsequently received an email reply confirming the above. Decorative Aggegates should have called me on the Friday 05th advising on the delay.”

“I ordered charcoal granite, and realised I was sent black ice so that's why I give 3 stars,the paperwork said charcoal granite but the bags say black ice. Too much hassle to send back or change so it is what it is, delivery was fine apart from that.”

“ordered 2 seprate pallets of white chippings 1st was fine but next order 3 bags were split and only contained a small amount, although annoying it was not that important as there was enough to complete the job”

“The Order and delivery process was excellent and very quick. The bag content is not as good as I have had elsewhere (same product). There is a lot of smaller pieces that would not meet the described size, meaning a lot of dust and less coverage.”
