“I was told the delivery would be between 8am and 6 pm and i would be given a 1hour slot by the driver at 1.55pm got a text message saying it would be between 3.05 pm and 4.05pm did not arrive until 4.30 pm i waiting in all day for my delivery which was loaded on to the wagon first which ment i was going to be the last delivery slot a text message saying it will be late afternoon would have been nice it's not rocket science just common sense”

Hi Michael, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry that your order arrived 30 minutes after the advised ETA. Unfortunately, the delivery vehicles do sometimes get held up on deliveries or in traffic and whilst they do their best to communicate this delay that results, sometimes they prioritise the driving over the communication. Apologies once again and I hope you are pleased with the product.
