“Booked delivery for a Thursday. Didn't arrive. Was told on the Friday its be here but midday. Still didn't arrive. Told 50bags of stone was 'lost' by the haulage firm and another pallet was being loaded and will be delivered via a different haulage firm for next day delivery. Still didn't arrive the following day. As of yet, still no delivery or contact as to when it will be delivered.”

Hello Ross, Thank you for your feedback and please accept my apologies for the poor delivery service you have experienced. We rely on accurate information from our hauliers to then pass on to you, our customer, and it appears that on multiple occasions, the information we have received has been either inaccurate or out of date. For this, we sincerely apologise and will work with the haulier to improve the communication. We did as you say organise the delivery to be resent by a different haulier and then this consignment experienced a delay. I believe the goods have been delivered now and I trust the material is to your satisfaction. Please accept my apologies once again for the delay in the delivery.

“Two different colours arrived, one black one grey, also first delivery he didn't walk down the drive to speak to the gardeners who would have used the jcb to take the bag off him. He took it back to vase, I wanted another bag the next day but now I'm being asked for second delivery charge. No happy.”
