“I placed an order which was confirmed for delivery on the Wednesday. On the Monday, I received a 'your order is on the way' notification. Having waited in all day, I called them at 3:30 to check the status of my delivery, to be advised that my order was removed from the lorry at 8:30 that morning due to weight issues. No one from the delivery company or Decorative Aggregates informed me that my delivery was not going to happen as notified and planned for, and I would have been none the wiser had I not called. If you choose to use this company, I would strongly suggest you call them to double check your delivery has been fulfilled, if you value your time more than this business does. I emailed them with my concerns, to which I had no response. I have since been told the email address on their website was inaccurate and they would advise their marketing team to update it, so at least as I was of some help to them in that regard. All in all a very poor experience.”

“We were out at the time of the delivery and the driver Lisa telephoned me to ask for instruction on where I wanted the bag leaving. She was extremely pleasant and made it clear nothing was too much trouble for her. As requested, she deposited the bag at the rear of the house in the exact spot I had asked her to. I would definitely recommend.”

“I am add pebbles from them and slate 3 to 4 times. Before this time I was not satisfied their delivery was atrocious. They didn’t turn up until late afternoon, and when they turned up, they couldn’t get the pedals off the wagon, and got no machinery to do it, so why did you come without any machinery to get the pedals off the wagon he couldn’t understand us we couldn’t understand him. He seemed to be laughing about the old thing. he went away for about an hour to try and get some machinery to get the pedals off, and then come back as I said why come in the first place when I did nothing to get the pebbles off the wagon”

“Needed some gravel to replace a small lawn and went back to Decorative Aggregates having used them previously before. As before, ordering and delivery were easy and straightforward. The gravel arrived when requested with advance notification on the day. Was pleased to see the quality and appearance of the gravel was the same as the website. The bulk bag was delivered exactly where I needed it with the driver following my advance delivery instructions exactly to the delivery point. The driver was friendly and helpful. The quality of gravel was the same throughout the bulk bag with no sand or dust fillers. Very pleased again with the whole service.”
