“Easy to order and came when they said. The stones are really good quality and all the same size. Not like other bulk deliveries where some stones are a lot smaller or a lot larger and maybe different shades. My front garden now looks lovely. 👌”

“I regret not ordering from the local garden centre for the sake of saving 40quid. Issues with delivery which was attempted twice, with equally unhelpful delivery drivers. The first one couldn't get it off the lorry because the pallet had broken due to it not being robust enough for 800KGs of slate. On the second delivery attempt the driver would not bring the stone onto our property, and was quite rude to my wife implying it was our fault for not reading the small print. Yet when we placed the order, there was a specific box to leave detailed instructions on where the delivery needed to be placed. What is the point of this box if you're then going to instruct a kerbside only delivery? The slate itself was covered in quarry dust so required a lot of hosing down, and although advertised as 40mm, was actually a mix of 5-40mm. After the palaver of delivery I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of sending it back so we cracked on and used it and it looks fine, but can't help thinking what could have been if I'd just gone for that bag from the garden centre....”

“Well priced, not clear on ordering that it would be a pavement delivery. This caused some unexpected stress having to empty the whole 800kg bag a barrow at a time to the rear garden. Poor communication regarding the delivery, a 2 hour slot would be so much better than anytime between 8am - 6pm. Essentially, this means sitting waiting all day until the delivery turns up.”

“AVOID. Paid Wednesday, had call Friday from courier with some excuse. Promised Saturday. TUESDAY after had a call that they had an URGENT delivery for me. Umm no thanks keep it - it was urgent last Saturday. Read the reviews. This is their business plan. If they can't get it delivered hey no nothing lost just do a refund. Awful company.”

“Delivery was made when planned and unload was good but there were a number of damaged bags. When I told them about it they haven't contacted me which is either disapointing because they don't care or their complaint/feedback process doesn't work. Either way needs to improve”
