“Failed to supply products ordered, initially blamed carriers, then made promises which again were not kept. Failed to fully refund money, so far only received part of the money. Company appears to be completely incompetent and incapable of fulfilling orders.”

“I've bought from decorative aggregates a number of times now. Always quality products and costs including delivery are always reasonable The big advantage I've found is that delivery is palleted and with a motorised pallet truck the driver can drop bulk bags up the drive so parking out cars isn't affected and bags can be unloaded at leisure. Good choices, easy to order, helpful polite and quick delivery means I will keep coming back to use this company. Recommended”

“Using their website was all you would expect ora competent online business. After that everything went wrong. I cannot comment on the quality of product as it did not arrive on the Thursday I had booked. I tried to phone and complain at 16-45 on the Friday but the phone rang out 3 times, then it was after 17-00 and too late. On Monday I called again, the phone rang out again. My second attempt was eventually answered and the lady who answered said it would be delivered between 2 and 4pm that day. It wasn't! A third attempt several days later also failed but the driver of the delivery lorry did call to say he couldn't get his vehicle anywhere near my house. I assumed then that the delivery was subcontracted. Again contacting decorative aggregates they agreed a refund. We'll see if that arrives. I will never recommend them,but would advise to look elsewhere.”

“Nice stones but when you're paying for delivery at £60 you expect it to be delivered the day you select. No communication at all and when they did get delivered the driver was extremely rude”
