“Product arrived promptly in excellent condition. Unfortunately the screen was glare, not anti-glare, and not suitable for my requirements. Hence, it has been returned. In fairness, anti-glare was not mentioned in the spec. Given that this device can come with either screen, the type of screen should be mentioned. Perhaps there should be a statement saying to assume glare unless otherwise stated. Otherwise, my first experience with Dealbuyer has been very good and I would certainly use them again.”

“Bought a tv , was really pleased with the customer service as I ordered it to the wrong address Dealbuyer sorted it out no problems an very quickly , my tv was exactly what I wanted the price was terrific, an came next day as they said it would ! “Ordered Sharp 12v/240 24" smart tv at 3.30 it arrived at 12.30 the next day. Television is very easy to set up including pairing with wifi. The aerial that came with it supplies an amazing picture. The sound is of very good quality too. Would not have any hesitation in recommending this product. The service from the company was beyond excellent. This is my very first purchase I will definitely use them again. All round, I'm very happy with my experience 😊”

“So far, so excellent. I only received my order yesterday, which was exactly as promised on ordering. Notifications about delivery were accurate, packaging good, and product as described. Nice to know that should any problems arise, I have several weeks to return, but don't expect it'll be necessary”
