“Good response from Dealbuyer, prompt dispatch of order. Unfortunately DPD failed to deliver on specified date, rearranged for next day which failed again, and sent a pic of a neighbour’s property. Couldn’t contact DPD so arranged to collect myself”

“Buying an Apple watch from Dealbuyer.com was very simple. The only difficulty related to trying to obtain 0% interest over 3 months from Klarna. The link was clunky and after Klarna refused my application getting back to the Dealbuyer website was quite difficult; I had to abandon my purchase and restart the process. The watch we better than Dealbuyer's 'Good' rating and it arrived a day earlier than predicted. I saved £90 on the cost of a new watch and wouldn't hesitate recommending Dealbuyer.com”

“Everything was deliverd perfectly my only complaint which isn't really a problem for me personally is that the package i orderd which was a laptop didn't come with its original packaging but it was fully functioning and came with the charger so I'm not fussed.”

“The pre purchase customer service was very good. The TV recorder ordered arrived promptly. Unfortunately I could not get it set up. Possibly the item itself was at fault or or it may just have been down to my advanced old age. However the after sales service was equally good and it was agreed without fuss that the item might be returned. I am happy with the firm and would try them again (and seek help next time!).”
