“Charged in full but no deal done. Deal Direct arranged and sent a mortgage offer, which I never received. After going elsewhere because no offer received, I still had to pay their fee. My advice, don't go online, speak to an independent face to face. £1000 gone!”

“Pavla has been a great help to pick me the right product and she also has advised and secured my 2 mortgages with fairly good rate in the current climate- highly recommend her mortgage advisor and use her service again. However, I would NOT recommend their secured loan/remortgage department and their sister company Willow at any cost. Their work goes as far as ‘computer says no’ sort of attitude and responses where there are many options out there, which I had to figure out myself.”

“Overall service was very good but i felt that i was penilised charged double fee because i wanted to clear some debt on my cards for remortgage”

“Pavla & Hayley were professional, caring, approachable and responded in a timely manner with all our questions. The only negative with this application is that our home was undervalued which increased the repayments and we were knee deep into the application. We would have had to pay for a valuation delaying the whole process. We are unsure what system they use and we have new build properties being built on our development selling for 20k more than they valued our home. It left us feeling very negative and to be honest the valuation should have been scored right at the beginning so we could have looked at an alternative lender. The fees were not cheap either.”

“Sadly I feel it’s taken rather a long time to get to this point, with staff leaving and others taking the work on, but glad we are finally able to see a little at the end of the tunnel and we have an offer.”

“The only thing they didn’t really explain fully was there charges for the mortgage, which we didn’t understand until we had offer in, and then was explained over the phone that there charge was in the paperwork?”
