“Really great service once again from Simon Tai at DDFS. We have had the pleasure of Simon’s expertise in several mortgages so far and have recommended him to others. He is personable, knowledgeable, professional and has good communication. The firm itself tends to send a lot of duplicate texts, emails etc which weren’t necessary in this case, but we raised it with Simon and he apologised.”
