Pavla & Hayley were professional, caring, approachable and responded in a timely manner with all our questions. The only negative with this application is that our home was undervalued which increased the repayments and we were knee deep into the application. We would have had to pay for a valuation delaying the whole process. We are unsure what system they use and we have new build properties being built on our development selling for 20k more than they valued our home. It left us feeling very negative and to be honest the valuation should have been scored right at the beginning so we could have looked at an alternative lender. The fees were not cheap either.
