“Lee who helped me get the right mortgage was great! So helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had but once I got my offer things were handed over to Rebecca who I found a little pushy and sometimes even rude. The broker costs were alot higher than most (I was a little naive going into this) and DD were unable to provide a breakdown of charges when asked, simply stating they were standard costs. Presume due to my questions or the stage of my mortgage I was then handed over to Beth who chased up the final fee after they tried to charge the wrong card. I’m happy I have completed my mortgage but would suggest others shop around first before signing all the paperwork DD send you.”

“Got me a mortgage, but wasn’t expecting to pay a chunk of money direct to the broker at the end. No mention of this in advance as far as I could tell.”

“Was a long process in order to get my mortgage offer, due to staff dealing with my application either not in the office or on holiday, so the exchange of emails took longer than expected. I thought maybe someone else would deal with application etc whilst staff was out of office or away. Got there in the end which is the main thing.”

“Sorting the mortgage offer was fine but attention to detail was disappointing as our offer was sent to the wrong address - my partner’s former home and his ex-wife’s house - despite having been told specifically that that was not our address. It resulted in a very awkward conversation which did not need to have happened.”

“Thank you for sorting out our mortgage offer but attention to detail is very disappointing. Our offer was sent to the wrong address despite you having been told specifically that our correspondence address is not in fact the address where Grant’s ex-wife lives. It was incredibly inappropriate to send our mortgage offer to her address, she was very upset to receive it and it resulted in a very awkward conversation.”
