“Sea life was good and staff were friendly, only thing id say was an issue is some of the netting on the wall was loose in the sting ray bit so one of the people I was with tripped over it since it stuck out and thankfully my mum managed to catch her by arm other wise she'd have fallen down the steps”

“Was really easy booking tickets from Days out with the kids. The tickets I purchased included free returns for a year with Twcross Zoo. I needed support in booking a return visit but the responses were very poor. Although I was given links to "helpful" articles on the zoo's website, none of the resolved my issues.

“My 2 year old loved the Gruffalo trail and monkeys. We didn't feel there was too many other animals to see, however. Lots of winding paths that don't lead to much.
If I go again, I'll pack swimming gear for the water park area.

The fact that Mrs Brown Mrs Bird and other characters go to the Marmalade day party at the end and are happy to chat and pose for photos makes the visit even more special.”
