I went to purchase 3 twycross zoo tickets the day before we wanted to go. If I booked directly through there website it would have cost me £89. I had never heard of day out with the kids before, It popped up on my maps when searching twycross zoo. I was able to purchase 3 tickets for £66.
The tickets are then valid for a whole year of free entry. Customer service is 10/10 also they replied to my enquiry straight away and followed up with asking how my trip to the zoo went. It’s a lovely place, lots to see! we visited on a Monday and it was very quiet which was great as you could really appreciate the animals. I read reviews saying they didn’t see many animals. It did feel like that at one point as there where 4 large enclosures that where empty. You can go inside to see the animals! The only downside for me was the food stalls were closed, only a Costa to buy food from. Cant complain about it as it was a cold and quiet day.”

Both kids loved the safari and we were fortunate to see plenty of animals.
The tigers were playful and one of the gorillas was entertaining with his posturing.

“We all was Very Disapointed ,having to pay for parking and small rides.we went for the monkeys half the monkeys was not home lol .it used to be brilliant place to go but not anymore .only good part was fish and chips but over priced .Looks like they are spending too much on these plastic lights allover the place and over staffed no wonder it costs alot .felt sorry for the rino they looked so sad in there small enclosure NO elephants thats bizzare NEVER AGAIN .PS you need plenty of money here to visit”
“First time using this site and I'm so happy. The cost of living is so bad so being able to afford to treat your children is near impossible unless you have about £1000 a month spare, my eldest is turning 4 next week and been wanting to try and take her to the cinema or a day out for a while but haven't had the money or have been too poorly, the discounts of here been a god send, so glad I decided to try it out. Site is so easy to use and vouchers are easy to purchase and access.”
“Despite the bad weather we still had a wonderful time. Great indoor soft play area for when it’s raining. The animals look well cared for and the staff are very attentive and helpful. Great outdoor play area too.”
