“I would warn against buying the ticket via DOWTK if you want it to be an annual pass. An additional admin fee of £3.50 pp is payable to the museum to upgrade the ticket to an annual pass.”

“Had a fantastic day plenty to do and see only thing we went on a hot day so few of the animals were hideing but that couldn't be helped as I hide in the heat definitely recommend to go great prices and deals xx”

“Terrible experience. No extra support recieved due to difficulty walking, despite the a member of staff offering. Not signposted enough as my son missed out seeing tge superhero’s as we couldn’t find them. No staff around to ask. When I put a complaint in ask for a refund we was dismissed and asked to speak the venue who passed the blame back over. Despite Days out with kids taking the payment. Wouldn’t return”

“Had a great time wandering around , A great mix of famous faces and set out well You weren't pressured to have a photo taken by the staff dotted around The only downside was it was a bit warm and maybe having a few benches to sit on would be a good idea Overall we did have a great time with plenty of photos taken 😃”
