“The resort was beautiful. The Only Problems we had was the very long walk to the resort my husband had two full hip operations and he had to use is crutches and I have sciatica in my back the walk to get to the resort was ridiculous to say least. And the other problems was the rides my grandson went on i tried the barcodes but i have nothing to show for that day. The rides he went on was postman pat delivery post, octonaughts roller coaster, whizzeball spinner. I tried to scan the barcodes and got nothing back. I even went to the main office to see they had them but didn't. I really think you should have a disabled car park closer to the resort because it is not fair to disabled people who have children in wheelchairs.”

“Spent the day at Port Lympne safari reserve with my daughter and two granddaughters. We all had a great time and were really impressed with all the animals, especially the baby gorilla who had us spellbound with his funny antics. A brilliant day out.”

“Weather good facilities good the fact was the small amount of animals to actually see there were no big cats that we could find which was disappointing the penguins were great which the children Enjoyed as was the butterfly enclosure. We had a good time but a little disappointed at the same time.”

“Both us and our kids had a fantastic time at the zoo. we sometimes felt we were in a real safari, due to all the interesting surroundings that you have made such an effort to put in. i would like to mention that it would have been easier if there would have been more signposts, because sometimes we came to a 'fork' or 'crossroads' and were unsure how to proceed further. Thank you for taking this into consideration”

“We used DOWTK to book Twycross Zoo. It was really easy, we were able to book our slot at the zoo at the same time. The tickets were emailed to me and I was able to gain access to the zoo without issue. I created an account with Twycross Zoo after we came home and was able to activate our annual passes. Great service, which saved us a few pounds on our day out.”

“The kids absolutely loved it Much bigger than I anticipated- lots of cars in the car park when we arrived suggesting it would be crowded but it wasn’t! The grandchildren loved the play areas - indoor soft play was great but the outdoor area - what can I say but FANTASTIC Lots of small refreshment areas and a cafe - lots of hand washing stations and drinking water fountains And surprise at the end of the day - foam party!!!! Excellent value for money will go again Note to self - take swimmers and towels for foam party🤣🤣🤣”
