I signed up to the subscription of days out with the kids, to then realise it was actually cheaper to book the tickets not signing up, which is very sneaky! I did contact customer services and they did offer to cancel my subscription and refund me which is ok but that is not the point, this shouldn't happen in the first place

pay money just to receive ads basically. best deal you'll see is 10% off, which you could have got by just booking direct with the venue. waste of time and effort, not to mention the website is awful to use.

We all was Very Disapointed ,having to pay for parking and small rides.we went for the monkeys half the monkeys was not home lol .it used to be brilliant place to go but not anymore .only good part was fish and chips but over priced .Looks like they are spending too much on these plastic lights allover the place and over staffed no wonder it costs alot .felt sorry for the rino they looked so sad in there small enclosure NO elephants thats bizzare NEVER AGAIN .PS you need plenty of money here to visit

Very disappointed. Scruffy venue, 50% of Animals not visible. Very dated. Coke Zero £3.50! For a small bottle. Somebody is making a lot of money because the gate money is not all going into the running of the park. Felt sorry for families being ripped off. Was really looking forward to going after 35 years . Wish I hadn’t bothered

Unfortunately I was not able to use the Day out with the Kids ticket for Kew Gardens as the ticket was incomplete and did not have any bar code etc that would enable the ticket office at the entrance to accept it. Consequently I had to pay full price for another ticket. Please refund the £20.00 that I paid for the ticket.

Receipt of tickets very straight forward, no problems. However the Zoo has seen better days, we didn't expect the animals to be very energetic given it was such a hot day.But we did expect to at least see them, even if they were sheltering from the heat. Having visited this zoo many times in the past, I was very sad to see everything looking so untidy, and enclosures so empty, and uncared for. Where have all the animals gone? There used to be large troops of monkeys, a baby monkey nursery exhibit, and lots more. Food offering woeful and expensive. Ice creams vastly over-priced. Will not be visiting again. Molly would be turning in her grave.

We were ill and DOWTK would not refund or let us change the date. Next time we will book directly with the attraction, who would have been able to offer another date. We lost our money and didn’t see Hampton Court

Was really easy booking tickets from Days out with the kids. The tickets I purchased included free returns for a year with Twcross Zoo. I needed support in booking a return visit but the responses were very poor. Although I was given links to "helpful" articles on the zoo's website, none of the resolved my issues. Great discounts very poor aftercare.

I do like the app, but it's a complete nightmare trying to use it at Welcome Breaks. It's a real interrogation off the staff then you have to wait till a manager comes and then there's photo's so just be aware it's not an easy discount.

I bought a ticket because before I bought it, it said I was buying it for Legoland and suddenly after I paid for it they sent me an email saying it was for golf. Then I asked for a refund or replacement and they said drink some cold water. This company is simply not fair to people, customers come first for a company to succeed... They don't have a direct number with them because they lie to people...

subscribed to this service because of the large variety of activities advertised for my city (Bristol). However, after paying, I found the selection significantly smaller—about 30 options compared to the hundreds claimed beforehand. The activity that convinced me to join didn’t exist, and several codes provided didn’t work. This experience feels misleading, and I suspect it may be a SCAM. I’ve requested a refund but am unsure if it will be processed. Be cautious before subscribing.”
