“Great experience! I went to purchase 3 twycross zoo tickets the day before we wanted to go. If I booked directly through there website it would have cost me £89. I had never heard of day out with the kids before, It popped up on my maps when searching twycross zoo. I was able to purchase 3 tickets for £66. The tickets are then valid for a whole year of free entry. Customer service is 10/10 also they replied to my enquiry straight away and followed up with asking how my trip to the zoo went. It’s a lovely place, lots to see! we visited on a Monday and it was very quiet which was great as you could really appreciate the animals. I read reviews saying they didn’t see many animals. It did feel like that at one point as there where 4 large enclosures that where empty. You can go inside to see the animals! The only downside for me was the food stalls were closed, only a Costa to buy food from. Cant complain about it as it was a cold and quiet day.”
